Jeff is a motivator, leader and passionate Christ-follower who is currently pitching his tent in Cincinnati, OH. He is the Lead Pastor at Liberty Heights Church and oversees the Staff, Creative Design, Worship Experience & Programming. He is also a brand strategist, creative guru and leadership junkie. He spends most of his time leading and motivating others to achieve their potential. Whether its church planters, men’s groups or church leadership, Jeff is always striving to lead others to grow.
Jeff has spent the last 15 years working with church plants and has personally helped with 4 plants that are now thriving in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He has a passion for planters and believes each of them have a unique story to tell. That’s why planters from all over America seek Jeff’s expertise in strategic planning and creative design.
From 1994-2004, Jeff served as Outreach Pastor and Director of Communications at two different churches in Texas. Then, in 2005 he served as the Director of Marketing for a multi-million dollar medical company that saw business triple in just 18 months. However, his break from full-time ministry came to a close and Jeff decided to leverage his talent, calling and passion for church planters and launch out on his own.
In 2007, Jeff started Paradigm Creative Design to assist churches in their overall approach to branding and visual communication. Jeff has been married for 14 years to his awesome wife, Tren and has 4 great kids. He makes is home in Liberty Township, OH and loves to read, teach and help others achieve personal and spiritual maturity.
